PRICES & PAYMENT:

  • Prices may be subject to change and you will be contacted prior to processing of any payments or orders for your approval if the price is higher than quoted/listed.
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars.
  • All prices are 10% GST inclusive within Australia.
  • Your financial details are not retained by us and will be destroyed once payment has been processed and cleared.
  • Paying by cheque/money order? - Please include your order number and details, post them to Cadman Cottage 186 Main Street Montville Qld 4560.
  • Orders paid by cheque are processed once cheque is cleared for payment.
  • Cheques from outside of Australia will not be accepted.
ORDERS:
  • Minimum Order Value is $25.00
  • Please allow up to 7 working days for receipt of your order within Australia and generally 14 working days for international orders.
  • If an order is dispatched and there remains a back-ordered item relating to the order, those back-ordered items will be delivered free of charge as soon as they are available for dispatch.

FREIGHT:
Within Australia:

  • Wherever possible parcels will be despatched via Australia Post.
  • Large parcels (generally over 1kg) may be despatched at our discretion via a suitable courier dependant on accessibility to your location.
  • Should you require overnight, insured and/or registered delivery please contact us for further details.
  • Freight is charged at 20% of Order Value.
Outside Australia:
  • Outside Australia: Freight is charged at 55% of Order Value.

RETURNS

  1. Faulty or damaged products are to be returned within 7 days accompanied by your original order acknowledgement (sent when you first placed the order) and copy of original receipts sent by us with the goods. We will send you a replacement product or refund (**) your purchase as soon as possible.
  2. If your order has been incorrectly supplied or you are not completely satisfied with your product in anyway please return (*) within 7 days with a copy of original receipts and order acknowledgement email (sent to you when you first placed the order). We will either replace or refund(**) your purchase as soon as possible.
Notes:
(*) All items returned under this category (2) will be accepted only if the goods are in perfect or resaleable condition.
(**) Because we destroy your financial information once the original transaction is processed, you will need to resupply the same details for us to process the refund.

YOUR PRIVACY:
Any financial information necessary to complete your transaction will be destroyed once the original transaction is processed and will not be retained by us.

All of your personal (other than financial details) information and details will remain with us and will not be shared with or transferred to any other party in anyway whatsoever.

The purpose of retaining your Personal Information (which includes contact details, product purchase history, and other that you may provide from time to time) will be used solely for the purpose of advising you of special offers, any new product and information that may fit your purchasing profile or simply something just too exciting to not advise you of. This information will always and only be information that originates from Cadman Cottage Montville.

Should you not wish for us to send you any information at any time please advise us and we will remove your details from our data base on receipt of such a direction from you.
